Hello!

I hope this email finds you all well and in great spirits. Since our last meeting, I had an opportunity to sit in on the weekly LCG executive committee meeting. I shared our discussion regarding the upcoming Owner's meeting in June, along with gaining some much needed insight from the committee. They've advised more time is needed to flushout a meeting agenda. Importantly, there are some decisions our committee needs to make and some prework that needs to occur. Please see the list of items below, your prompt attention is appreciated. Please set your target to share at our April 8th 

- TEAM June Owner's Meeting Decision: Saturday, June 21st from 11am - 2pm or 1-3pm offer childcare or not

- Arte & Kaitlin: please create a flyer, postcard, communication for the June meeting,  Arte, please verify if LCG has a Canva account.

- Tony & Gina: please work on securing a venue and caterer for the June meeting. The venue needs to hold at 50 people and a room potentially for childcare, AV is needed, mic, speaker monitor, available kitchenette

and let's attempt to use a black owned caterer (Legacy Cakes 502.415.0522 and Spread The Bread -Pam Hines 502.379.1964. Please get cost estimates for something like,

- Robin:  creating timeline template, Executive Committee to provide feedback regarding the meeting intent (social, working, or a combination of the two)/ and draft a committee charter

-TEAM: have 1 or 2 survey questions to share at our Apr. meeting
